These pincushions are a basic pattern for a granny square. The inside is a lining filled with poly-fil and rice. I did a cute edging on them also.

Crochet Purse
This is a bag/purse that I made from strips of vintage sheets.
Pattern:
Chain 21, turn
SC in second chain from hook and following 19 chains. Turn, chain 1.
SC in next 20. Turn, chain 1.
Do this until you have the width that you like.
When you are at the size of the bottom of the purse that you like just continue to
SC around...when you get closer to the top do a few decreases (skip a stitch).
For the handles just skip stitches and chain them as long as you like.
That's it!! :)

Crochet Puppy Hats
This is a pattern I got from RepeatCrafterMe. Dog lover that I am I had to make them. They are going into the shop today.
Pedestal Plates
I made some of these pedestal plates using some jadeite and milk glass candlesticks. I think the green and white go great together.
The cake stand is a reproduction that I got from my mother-in-law for my birthday.

Yarn Wreath with Crochet Flowers
I love wreaths and decided that I should start making them with leftover scrap yarn. Added some buttons to the flowers for a little bling.

Orange Vinegar All Purpose Cleaner
This is a great recipe for an all-purpose household cleaner. I also use it to clean my wood floors. The next time you buy a bag of oranges of any variety, keep the peels. Put them in a large mason jar and top off jar with white distilled vinegar. Put a lid on it and tuck away in a corner somewhere. Let it be for 2-4 weeks. Drain when ready, put peels in compost and put vinegar in a spray bottle.
Granny Square Dishcloths
This is my favorite dishcloth. Easy to make and the perfect size for kitchen cleaning. It is a granny square with bobble shell edging.
